The CORA Double valve is designed for precisely dosing powder and granular materials in fast and dribble feed modes. Its lightweight and compact design and easy dismantling enables swift inspection and cleaning, making it highly suitable for applications requiring elevated levels of hygiene, traceability, and quality control.

It comprises two main elements: a butterfly for rough dosing and a small rotor for fine dosing. When used with an appropriate weighing system, it can achieve an accuracy of +/- 20 grams.

For applications with pressure up to 0.5 bar, the double valve can be equipped with a sealing gasket between the vane and dosing rotor. Its primary applications lie in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, where precision dosing and reliable performance are crucial factors.
