Retrofits for APH-5360 (former SPLX MKII)
Your automatic case palletizer can benefit from many equipment upgrades. These retrofits have been redesigned to provide better equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance.
Rake and side compression
This retrofit replaces the existing shaft and journal side compression and rake assembly. These new assemblies use an I beam and cam follower carriage for smooth rake and side compression travel.

Lift up rake
The rake arm and support are raised above the tallest cases and the face plate of the rake arm actuates up and down so after raking a row or layer into place the face plate can be retracted up and over incoming cases thus increasing the number of cases per minute that can processed.

Tie sheet dispenser
This upgrade allows the palletizer to place sheets either on empty pallets, between layers, or on top of a load when the same type of sheet is used for all positions.

Elevator VFD and motor
This retrofit replaces the double speed 7.5hp gearmotors, which are now obsolete, with the 10hp motor with variable frequency drive (VFD). It makes it easier and quicker to change pallets, contributing to an increase in overall throughput.

Belt driven infeed live roller
Early models of the SPLX MKII were manufactured with chain to chain live rollers.This retrofit upgrades that system with a belt driven live roller system.
