Indented cylinder separators

Canada & USAPETKUS ZK/ZL Indented Cylinder Separators efficiently sort various grain and seed, including fine and vegetable seed and other free-flowing agricultural granular products.
These machines can either be used to sort short grain or long grain and come in four sizes with performance categories ranging from 3 to 12 t/h (based on wheat with 3% impurities). By adjusting the cylinder's diameter, length, speed, and flow rate, maximum product separation quality can be achieved.
The machine separates broken grains and foreign particles from the product. Short grains settle in the cell pockets, and the cylinder's rotation distributes them into the trough, where a paddle auger conveys them out of the machine.
Long grain separation works similarly, but only long and foreign particles are removed by guiding the shorter seeds out of the trough.
These sorting machines are made of painted and bolted steel sheets, fully encased for safety. The horizontal rotating cell cylinder is made of high-quality galvanized sheet steel, and the cell pockets have a specially designed "teardrop" shape to ensure the highest separation quality.
