From its beginnings as a one-man operation, ASB Greenworld has grown into one of Europe’s biggest names in potting soil and peat moss, serving 72 countries. To stay at the forefront, Greenworld worked closely with Premier Tech to reimagine their entire peat moss processing and packaging line. The project included a high-capacity mixing drum, advanced screening and mixing lines, and the VP-410 compression bagger—all fully orchestrated with the MIX PRO Control System.
The impact has been transformative: labor costs have dropped, product changeovers take just 10–15 minutes, and cleaning is far simpler than before. Most importantly, Greenworld now reacts with real agility to shifting market and logistics requirements, consistently meeting the quality expectations of their demanding global customers. With production capacity up 30% and strong support from Premier Tech, Greenworld confidently continues its story as a pioneer in sustainable garden products.
