Mikrop Čebín’s legacy as a Czech market leader is built on a unique mix of innovation, product safety, and responsiveness to the needs of breeders and feed producers. With over 50 feed formulas prepared every day and thousands of tons of animal feed produced annually, the company needed a packaging system that could keep up with rapid changeovers and strict quality requirements.

In 2003, Mikrop Čebín installed its first Chronos bagger, enjoying more than 16 years of stable operation. When it was time to modernize, they again chose Premier Tech, installing two OML Series (formerly OML-1030 BF) open-mouth baggers and an APC Series (formerly CPL) conventional palletizer. The impact was immediate: bagging is now fast (up to 300 bags per hour per line) and residue-free. Changeover between products is quick and clean, with precise bagging weights down to a few grams—delivering market-leading food safety.

Flexible production has enabled Mikrop Čebín to shift from three shifts to two, increasing efficiency and employee satisfaction. Low dust emissions and problem-free operations have also elevated product value and customer satisfaction. With this state-of-the-art line, Mikrop Čebín maintains its leadership in Czech animal nutrition, responding to client needs rapidly and setting new standards in quality and performance.
