When Synutra France launched its state-of-the-art infant formula facility in Brittany, it needed equipment capable of keeping pace with high production targets—while meeting the uncompromising hygiene and safety standards of the infant nutrition sector. Packing 10 tonnes per hour and ensuring perfectly sealed, 25 kg bags of infant milk powder was essential for both quality and export logistics.

Premier Tech answered with an integrated solution: the OML Series (formerly OMLH BF) bagger, APC Series (formerly CPL) palletizer, and LSH-0100-E hooder. These systems work seamlessly to provide precise bagging for a product prone to quick agglutination, with reliable welds that limit oxygen and moisture—safeguarding freshness and nutritional value through long-distance shipping, even up to 10,000 km.

Synutra’s operators were thoroughly trained on the equipment, quickly becoming confident and autonomous.
