MultiCoater

The PETKUS/ROEBER MultiCoater "CM" redefines seed chemical treatment, encrusting, and pelleting with its innovative air cushion technology that enables efficient subsequent drying while minimizing dust abrasion.

Air passes through the nozzles and adjustable gap between the stator and rotor, creating an air cushion significantly reducing friction stress. Toward the end of the coating process, the airflow rate can be increased to further dry the seed.

As coated seed undergo simultaneous treatment and drying, the CM MultiCoater eliminates the need for additional drying steps. Treatments like diluting agents, dyes, polymers, or other pelleting and coating substances can be applied subsequently or at varying intensities.
