Since 1955, Bioplant has specialized in ready-to-use, MAPA-registered plant substrates, serving nurseries, landscapers, and gardeners throughout Brazil. Facing the challenge of a slow, outdated line limited to 10 bags per minute and mounting labor costs, Bioplant saw an opportunity: bring state-of-the-art automation into their factory.
The installation of the CHRONOS FSH Series FFS bagger marked a transformative leap. Production capacity tripled to 30 bags per minute, unlocking a 200% boost in efficiency and dropping labor requirements by almost 60%. The new system’s HMI is exceptionally user-friendly, safety features are robust, and maintenance is minimal—giving operators confidence and freeing up resources.
