Their journey began nearly 50 years ago with a CHRONOS Richardson semi-automatic carousel bagger—a machine that remains operational to this day, a testament to quality and durability. As demand rose and automation evolved, Bogasari deepened its partnership with Premier Tech, steadily upgrading their flour packaging capabilities.
The major leap came in 2021, with the integration of three high-precision CHRONOS BFL-2120 open-mouth baggers and three entry-level CHRONOS RPL-1111 robotic palletizers. These upgrades brought transformative results: operators now benefit from fast, easy recipe and bag size changeovers thanks to the machines’ intuitive HMI. The BFL-2120 delivers highly accurate, consistent fills with a dust-free design, creating a cleaner and safer working environment.
The new robotic palletizers streamlined the end-of-line process and further reduced manual intervention, enhancing both efficiency and team safety. Employees now enjoy less overtime and repetitive work, while bagging volumes have soared and downtime has dropped sharply.
