The K2M Series of Microveyor pneumatic conveying system has been developed to cope with the lower end of the “dense phase” transfer of powder or granular products. With well over 50 versions there is a model suited to virtually every application. The Microveyor offers an economic conveying solution designed for low transfer rates generally up to 6000kg/hr. Most applications are in the 10-100m long range, however distances up to 200m are also possible, particularly with fine and superfine powders. As with any pneumatic conveying system the convenience of a pipeline prevails, allowing the system to negotiate around existing equipment and structures. The Microveyor is well suited to collecting material from a single source and then blowing it to multiple destinations.

The Microveyor is available with two basic valve options; the Inflatable Seat Posiflate Butterfly Valve and the heavy-duty rugged Dome Valve which is ideal when handling abrasive powders or where high temperatures are present. The Microveyor may be configured to run from a plant air supply or our dedicated Wing Compressor power pack. We offer full turnkey pneumatic conveying solutions including custom designs, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Our designs are proven and tested in our own in-house product testing facility. Typical applications for the Microveyor are under bag houses and dust collectors, silos and hoppers, bulk bag dischargers and sack tipping stations.
